Another Milestone for Our Family Business
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that JB Caravan and Trailer Services, an AWS Finalist 2024, has been named as finalists in the 2024 Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS) awards! This puts us in the top two per cent of over 580 workshops across the country, something we’re incredibly proud of as a small, family-run business.
We couldn’t have achieved this without the amazing support from all of our loyal and supportive customers. Your trust in us means everything, and we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s chosen us to look after their caravans and trailers over the years.
What This Means to Us
The AWS awards are a big deal in our industry. They look at everything from customer feedback to how well we follow their strict guidelines. Being named as finalists shows that our approach to mobile servicing and repairs is exactly what our customers need.
We’ve always believed in making things as easy as possible for our customers. That’s why we come to you, whether your caravan’s at home or in storage. No need for you to worry about moving it – we handle everything right where it is.
This isn’t our first recognition from AWS – we were named Mobile Workshop of the Year in 2021 and 2023. But this latest achievement feels just as special as the first time.
Looking After Our Customers Since 2011
Since we started back in 2011, we’ve always aimed to provide n honest, reliable service to caravan and trailer owners across the West Midlands. Our mobile workshop has grown into something we’re super proud of – helping customers who want quality servicing without the hassle of travelling to a fixed workshop.
Being named as finalists means so much to us because it shows our customers value what we do. We love our work, and knowing that our efforts are appreciated makes it all worthwhile. We promise to keep working hard to give you the best service possible.
