We’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and we’re really pleased it’s finally here — our brand new video is live on YouTube, and we’d love for you to give it a watch!

The video gives you a real behind-the-scenes look at what we do day in, day out. From hub and brake assemblies to full mobile servicing, you’ll see the care and attention that goes into every job we take on. We’re not ones for flash — we just want to show you the work speaks for itself.

Who are JB Caravan and Trailer Services?

JB Caravan and Trailer Services was founded by Jamie Bell in 2011, built on a simple idea: look after people’s caravans and trailers the same way you’d want your own looked after. Based in Burntwood and covering Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands, we’re a fully mobile service — which means we come to you, wherever your van is kept.

Whether it’s a full caravan service, motorhome maintenance, trailer repair, or a pre-trip inspection before a big holiday, the approach is always the same: thorough, honest, and done properly. No cutting corners, no unnecessary work.

What does the video show?

The video covers some of the core work we carry out on a regular basis. You’ll see Jamie working on hubs and brake assemblies — one of the most safety-critical parts of any caravan or trailer, and something that really needs to be checked regularly if you want to know your van is road-safe.

It’s a short watch, but it gives you a genuine feel for the level of detail that goes into the work. If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during a service, this is a good starting point.

Why does this matter to you?

One of the things we hear most often from new customers is that they weren’t sure what to expect, or they’d had a bad experience somewhere else where the work felt rushed or unexplained. We’ve always believed that transparency builds trust, and the video is part of that — you can see the kind of work we do before you ever pick up the phone.

We’re also proud to be an NCC Approved Workshop and a Gas Safe registered business. If your caravan has gas appliances — a hob, a heater, a water heater — our Gas Safe certification means we can check and service those safely and legally, which not every mobile engineer can offer.

In 2025 we were named AWS Mobile Workshop of the Year, which meant a huge amount to us. It’s a reflection of everything the team puts into every job, and the trust that customers place in us year after year. We don’t take that lightly.
